Rates and Payments
We charge by the cubic meter of your household items. A detailed inventory list is required for accurate quoting. This allows us to plan the truck size, staff, and costs fairly. Quotes can be adjusted if your inventory changes.
Yes — additional fees apply for stairs, long carries, or no-lift access. These are confirmed during quoting.
We accept EFT and card payments. A deposit secures your booking. The balance is payable before or on move day.
Moves cancelled within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Full details are provided at booking.
